The accommodation itself is cleaned and maintained by our team. Communal or external areas, such as hallways, lifts, shared entrances, or surrounding grounds, are maintained by the building management or relevant third parties.

Where applicable, shared facilities such as swimming pools form part of the wider complex and are managed by the building management or relevant third parties. Availability, opening times, maintenance schedules, or temporary closures of such facilities are outside our control.
